How long does a custom order take?
Most custom orders are designed, approved, and shipped within 3–5 business days. More elaborate pieces can take a little longer — we'll always confirm the timeline before we start, and we'll tell you honestly if a deadline is tight.
Can I request my own design?
Absolutely — that's our favorite kind of order. Share your idea, a sketch, or even just the story behind it on the custom order page, and we'll design it with you. You'll see a free preview before anything is made.
Can I add names and dates?
Yes — names, dates, quotes, monograms, coordinates, song codes, and even handwriting can be added to almost everything we make. It's what turns a nice item into a keepsake.
What materials can be personalized?
We currently specialize in sublimation: ceramic mugs and magic mugs, photo slates, puzzles, fabric items like sequin pillowcases, canvas bags, mouse pads, magnets, keychains, badges, and more. Laser engraving on leather, wood, glass, acrylic, and bamboo is coming soon — join the newsletter to hear when it launches.
Do you handle bulk orders for events and organizations?
Yes — event giveaways, recognition gifts, and branded merchandise in quantities from a handful to hundreds, with bulk pricing. Use the custom order form, tell us your event date and estimated quantity, and we'll send a quote and free design preview.
Do you make gifts for special occasions?
Yes — weddings, anniversaries, new babies, birthdays, holidays, graduations, and retirements are what we do all day. Mention your occasion and date in the custom order form and we'll suggest ideas that fit.
